Malai Chicken Handi
Ingredients
Chicken breast 500gm cubed
Yogurt 1Cup
Butter to garnish
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp
(Add along with onion paste)
Onion 1 grinded to paste
Green Chilli 5 to 6
Cream 1/2 cup
Methi 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Ginger to garinsh
Fresh coriander chopped a handful
Recipe
1:- Grind onion ginger and garlic to a fine paste
2:- Add oil to a pan,add onion garlic paste,fry for 5 mint
Add chicken.fry till changes color
Add spices and fry till oil separates
3:- Add yogurt and cook on medium heat for 10 mint.
4:- Then add cream,later coriander, ginger and green chillies.
5:- Serve hot with naan
