عبد الرحمن بن عبد العزيز بن عبد الله بن محمد السديس ويُعرَف بالسديس هو الرئيس العام لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي وإمام وخطيب بالحرم المكي الشريف. ولد في البكيرية بمنطقة القصيم عام 1379 هـ، وهو من أشهر مرتلي القرآن الكريم في العالم، وتمكن من حفظ القرآن الكريم ولم يكن يبلغ من العمر اثني عشر عامًا. عُرِف عبْدُ الرحمن السديس بالنبرة الخاصّة في صوته التي تخشع معها الأفئدة وتجويده الممتاز للقرآن الكريم، وقد نال السديس جائزة الشخصية الإسلامية للسنة في الدورة التاسعة لجائزة دبي الدولية للقرآن الكريم عام 1995.
