Who is father of adopted child

According to verse 4 of Surah Al-Ahzab, any person who adopts a child. He cannot give him his own name, the child's paternity will be given the name of his real father. In Pakistan, when a person adopts a child, it is his/her duty to go to the guardian court to obtain the guardianship of the child and obtain the statements of his/her parents if they are alive or from whom he/she is living. Adopts the child and gets his guardianship by making his statements in the court
