The Kremlin claims Russian troops have "liberated" the suburb of Dvurechye in the Donetsk region. Russian media reports claim a fire broke out at an oil depot in the remote Russian town of Angarsk in Siberia on January 21. Russia said its troops have launched an offensive in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, intensifying fighting in the region. Meanwhile, a former US Navy SEAL has become the sixth known American to have died in combat in Bakhmut.
