Ingredients for Chicken Stock/Yakhni:
Chicken with bones 1 kg
Carrot cubes 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Green onion (white part) 2-3
Black peppercorns 2 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Water 2 liters

Sweet corn (crushed) 2 cups
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Chicken stock/Yakhni 1 ½ liters
Egg whites 2
Slurry (corn flour 4 tbsp + water 1/2 cup)

1 . In a pot heat water and add carrot, onion, green onion, green coriander , garlic, chicken with bones, black peppercorns, bay leaves and simmer for 1 hour. Remove the scum in between. set aside.
