Japan's edible fish has suddenly come back to life

A raw fish is served on a plate along with some noodles, green leafy vegetables, and a slice of lemon at what appears to be a Japanese restaurant. However, as soon as the diner brings his choptsicks to take a morsel, the fish suddenly stirs to life!
