Banduk

Hybrid females build very good nests and lay eggs, but usually unfertilized ones. They are very good brood hens and can be entrusted with feeding other people's chicks. Males are also sterile, although they copulate with females. In the nesting life, they always take the most active part. Female hybrids differ from males in a dull color.
