Instructions:⠀

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil ⠀
1 lb. Shrimp, tails on, cleaned, peeled and deveined ⠀
Salt, to taste ⠀
Pepper, to taste ⠀
2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter⠀
6 Garlic Cloves, minced ⠀
1/2 c. White Wine (Chardonnay)⠀
1 1/2 c. Heavy Cream ⠀
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated ⠀
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped ⠀
1/2 Lemon, juiced ⠀
Bow Tie Paste, optional (cook according to package)⠀

Instructions:⠀

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. To a bowl, add shrimp and season with salt and pepper, mix. Transfer shrimp to your skillet and cook on each side about 1-2 minutes. Transfer cooked shrimp to a bowl, set aside. ⠀

2. To the same skillet, add butter and mix until its melted. Add in minced garlic and mix until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in white wine and bring to a low simmer. Allow white wine to reduce by half for a few minutes, be sure to scrape the bottom of the pan.⠀

3. Reduce temperature to low heat, pour in your heavy cream and bring to a low simmer. Season sauce with more salt and pepper, if needed. ⠀

4. Sprinkle in grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and pour in lemon juice, mix again. Cook for 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally.⠀

5. Transfer shrimp back in to the skillet with sauce. Pour in cooked bow tie pasta and mix until everything is coated in sauce. ⠀

6. Serve hot, enjoy!
