Lamp Chops Recipe
Ingredients
Marinate half kg lamp Chops for half an hour with 1.5 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp salt
Then pressure cook adding very little water till the chops are 70-80% done ,,,
For the 2nd marinate
Add in 2 tbsp of curd/dahi (strain and whisked dahi to be added)
1/2 tbsp zeera powder
Dhaniya powder
Black pepper powder
Haldi
1 tbsp of konkani masala or red chilli powder,,,
1 tbsp of everest meat masala juice of half time
Mix everything well and let marinate for 3-4 hour...
Before cooking remove from the refrigerator and bring back to room temperature... In a pan ,,, heat 5-6 tbsp of oil,,, then place the marinate chops.and cook from both sides till done,,, Lastly
Add in lots of chopped coriander and mint leaves along with a few broken chillies and also add in some kasuri methi cook for more 2-3 mint,,,, Adjust the seasoning if needed..serve hot with paranthas...
