Add 4 tbs sugar
Add 1/4 tbs vanilla essence
Add 1 and half tbs cocopowder
Add 3 tbs milk
Add 1/4 tbs baking powder
Add 1/4 tbs baking soda
Add 2 tbs oil
Mix it well
Set microwave oven for 4 min.
