first aid management of cardiac arrest/heart attack

cardiac arrest or sudden heart attack is a medical emergency in which heart has stopped to push blood in the body. when heart get stop clinical death occur but there is a time delay of about 10 min to occur brain cell death. keeping in view by providing proper first aid we can save a life.in this tutorial video i have described the Definition of cardiac arrest its signs and symptoms and its first aid management . the aim of we care is to provide basic first aid knowledge to everyone to save life of someone.
