1. Take 1 cup of Daal Maash and sock in water for 1-1/2 hour 2. Add 2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic, 1/2 tea spoon of Salt and Haldi and 1-1/2 cup of water boil till it tenders 3. 5 to 6 table spoon Oil 2 table spoon Garlic/Ginger Paste 4. Fry until color change 5.
