Daal Maash with Masalah Fry
1. Take 1 cup of Daal Maash and sock in water for 1-1/2 hour
2. Add 2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic, 1/2 tea spoon of Salt and Haldi and 1-1/2 cup of water boil till it tenders
3. 5 to 6 table spoon Oil
2 table spoon Garlic/Ginger Paste
4. Fry until color change
5. Take 4 medium size tomato thin sliced and cook Until it looks like paste
6. 1 leveled tea spoon of salt or as per Taste
1 leveled tea spoon Red Chili Powder
Haldi 1/2
Zeera Sabat 1 tea spoon
add 1/2 cup of water (If Needed)
Add Tendered Daal
7. Mix Gently.
8. Garnish with Ginger and Fresh Coriander
9. Serve Hot...
