Surah E Al Baqarah part 2
Surah E Al Baqarah is the second and the largest of all the Surah in the Holy Quran.
Surah E Baqarah is the second chapter of the Holy Quran and consists of 40 Rukus and 286 verses with 25,500 words.
The verbal meaning of Baqarah is the cow. Further, this Surah is considered a definite guide for the Muslims about their way of life and
dealings. Allah addresses various topics for Muslims and Humankind who seek guidance and ask for the Almighty's forgiveness.
These topics include prayers, fasting, changing the direction from Qibla e Awal to Mecca, daily dealings in commerce, debt, riba, marriage,
and divorce issues.
In this Surah, Almighty, draw a clear line between a Muslim and a non-muslim. Allah narrated the way of life for a Muslim by addressing
all the related issues that a Muslim needs to follow and obey so that they become pious. Other matters and issues
addressed by the Almighty include women's testimony, marriage affairs, interest, or mark-up issues in business,
clearly describing hypocrites. And when someone is non-compliant with these matters, he can never become a good and devoted Muslim
in the eyes of God.
