"Respiratory arrest Or chocking is a medical emergency in which the individual is either not breathing or is breathing but ineffectively. Individuals with chocking require immediate first aid care. The causes of respiratory arrest, include the external body, food pieces, and tongue fall back. Choking is a very common emergency especially in children and if not treated at time it can lead to respiratory failure and in circulatory failure.
