Ingredients: - All Purpose Flour 1/2 cup - Salt 1/2 teaspoon - Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoon - Baking Powder 1 teaspoon - Coffee 1 teaspoon Wet Ingredients: - Butter 100g - Powder Sugar 1 1/2 cup - Egg 3 - Vanilla Essence 1 tablespoon - Melted Cooking Chocolate 5 tablespoon - Heavy Cream 1/2 cup For Garnishing: - Cooking Chocolate 1 cup( crushed) - Heavy Cream 1/2 cup Mix chocolate with cream and place in the oven to melt it. Method: Sieve all the dry ingredients and set aside. Now it's a turn for wet ingredients. Take Butter and Sugar in a bowl. Beat it well. Add egg one by one and beat it again. It will form a fluffy mixture . Now add Vanilla Essence and Cooking Chocolate in it. Mix dry ingredients with wet so ones so all ingredients mix well. In the end add cream init. Mix with the help of scraper. Transfer the batter in the mold and bake in the oven at 180c for about 20-25 mins . Once the cake is ready let it cool and garnish it with the above mention garnishing.
