Symptoms of breast cancer are different for everyone. In fact, most people experience no symptoms at all. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in the breast tissue. Cancer can start to grow in the mammary glands, milk ducts, fatty tissue and connective tissue in the breast.
