Beef nihari.  INSTAGRAM ????https://Instagram.comcookingwithanila FACEBOOK ????https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100081307070319&mibextid=ZbWKwL PINTEREST ????https://pin.it/2ZZh8wY INGREDIENTS FOR NIHARI Beef with bons 2.1/2 kg Oil 2 cup Ghee 1 cup Red chilli powder 1tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tbsp Turmeric powder 1tbsp Nehari masala powder (home made) 4tbsp Salt 1 tbsp (according your taste ) Garam Masala powder 1tbsp Coriander ceumin crush 1 tbsp Ginger garlic pest 4tbsp Onion 2 large slice cutting      ••••••DIRECTIONS •••••• Heat the pain add oil or ghee . Add slice cutting onion cook until brown colour then add beef with bons and add ginger garlic pest and cooked for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add all spice red chilli powder, turmeric powder, spice powder, salt,coriender ceumin crush, and add nehari masala mix and mix it very well and cooked 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add hot boiling water 2.1/2 litter and cover it . Cooked for 6 hours slow flame. After 4 hour check beef now again covered and cooked 1 hour. After 1 hour separate nehari oil .Now make flour slurry  and add slurry in nehari gradually and mix slow slow then cover it and cooked for half an hour approximately then serve it . Now garnish for fresh coriender leaves, green chilli  slice cutting, ginger Julian cutting, lemon , Sprinkle magic masala Coriander ceumin crush and fennel crush mix and sprinkle.
