Chicken Chinese Donuts
chicken Chinese Donuts Recipe:-
Ingredients: (Dough Preparation)
All purpose flour ---- 4 Cups
Warm water ---- 3/4 Cups
Yeast ---- 1&1/4 Tbsp
Sugar ---- 2&3/4 Tbsp
Salt ---- 1&1/4 Tsp
Egg ---- 1
Oil ---- 1&1/4 Tsp
Method:
Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add yeast, sugar, salt, oil and eggs. Mix all thing well. Now add water gradually as per requirement and knead a soft dough. Then put it a aur tight container for 1 hour to let it rise.

Chicken ---- 1 Cup (Boneless, boiled and shredded)
Carrot ---- 1 Cup (Juliene)
Cabbage ---- 1 Cup (Juliene)
Capsicum ---- 1 Cup (Juliene)
Onion ---- 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Garlic ---- 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
Vinegar/Lemon juice ---- 1/2 Tbsp
Chili sauce ---- 1 Tbsp
Ketchup ---- 2 Tbsp
Soya sauce ---- 1 Tbsp
Salt ---- 1/2 Tsp or to taste
Black Pepper ---- 1/2 Tsp or to taste
Oil ---- 4 Tbsp
Method:
Take oil in a pan, place it on a mild flame, add garlic sauthe it for sometime (Donot turn it brown). Now, add chopped onion and sauthe it until garlic's smell disappears. Then , add chicken sauthe it for 2 min, now add ketchup, soya sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice/vinegar, salt, black pepper and all vegetables. Now cook it for sometime before vegetables change their color (3to4 mins) on mild flame and then cool it.
Method: (Donut preparation)
Knead the dough again to release all air. Make small balls, flat them with hands, put chicken filling and turn into a donut shape.
