Arang Kel (Urdu: اڑنگ کیل) is a village and tourist spot in the Neelam valley of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is located on the hilltop above Kel at an altitude of 8,379 feet (2,554 m) It is located on the top of hills at the height of 2,900 metres (9,500 ft). The mountain peak has gained large fame for its ziyarat of a famous saint, Sayed Hussain Shah Bukhari. Pir Chinasi is a shrine and a tourist destination located about 30 kilometers east of Muzaffarabad, the capital city of Azad Kashmir administered by Pakistan. It is located on the top of hills at the height of 2,900 metres (9,500 ft). The mountain peak has gained large fame for its ziyarat of a famous saint, Sayed Hussain Shah Bukhari. This place is also visited by tourists, for the view of Muzaffarabad and rural areas around the hidden city. The area is also famous for paragliding and snow cross jeep rallies Neelum District (also spelt as Neelam; Urdu: ضلع نیلم‎), is the northernmost district of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. Taking up the larger part of the Neelam Valley, the district has a population of 191,000 (as of 2017). It was badly affected by the 2005 Kashmir earthquake. The Neelum River was known before Partition as Kishan Ganga and was subsequently renamed after the village of Neelam. It flows down from the Gurez Valley in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and roughly follows first a western and then a south-western course until it joins the Jhelum River at Muzaffarabad.
