INGREDIENTS:
Spanish bunch (blanched)
Ginger crush 1tbsp
Garlic chopped 1tbsp
Green chilli crush 2tbsp
Ceumin
Salt
Cream
Butter
Sugar 1/4tsp
Water 2 cup for Spanish blanched
Onion 1 medium chopped
Gram flour 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Coriander ceumin crush 1/2tbssp
INGREDIENTS FOR TARKA
ghee 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 4 cloves
Whole dry chilli 4 to 5
Ceumin seed 1tbsp
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKKI KI ROTI
Corn flour 2 cup
Water 1 1/2 cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt according your taste
DIRECTIONS
Boil the water add spinich and add sugar to maintain the colour. Boil it 2 minutes.
Drain boiling water and dip chilled water. When it's cool down squeeze it (not so tightly and add in a blender jar. Blend it but don't make a fine paste.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil or ghee or butter .
Add 1/2 tsp Ceumin seeds
Add green chilli crush 5 to 6 garlic cloves crush.
Cook 1 minutes and add ginger 1/2 inch crush. Now add 1 medium sized onion chopped after frying onion for a minute add 1tbsp garam flour cooked 2 minutes. Add 1 medium tomato fine chopped.
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Add turmeric powder, salt , and add Ceumin coriander crush and 2 tbsp water and cook for a 4 mint slow flame
Then add prepared Spanich and 1/2 cup of water and cooked heat for 7 minutes (partially cover it as shown l
