Stuffed Sweet Chili glazed Salmon ????
Recipe:
Flour coating:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Filling:
- 4 oz room temp cream cheese
- handful roughly chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- cooked, chopped shrimp (as many as you’d like)
- salt & black pepper to taste
Sweet chili glaze:
- Sweet chili sauce (I made my own but you can also buy it)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- sriracha to taste
- 1 tsp lime juice
- salt and black pepper to taste
How I made my sweet chili sauce:
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot pepper paste (chili paste) ( If you don’t have hot pepper paste, you can use regular red pepper flakes instead)
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water
- allow all of your ingredients to come to a simmer on stove top (not including your corn starch mixture)
- once it reaches a simmer add to a bowl, then mix in your corn starch mixture & let cool
