Russia Fails! Attacks Repelled! Ukraine - Russia War! That's the whole problem, putin knows nothing about military tactics but he's calling the shots. Being in the KGB is totally different than calling the movement of troops on the ground and air. But he doesn't want to admit that, he's like trump, they want to be in control of everything but blames others for their failures.
