املی آلو بخارہ کی لذیذ چٹنی l Imli or Aloo Bukharay ki chutni By Humpanch

Ingredients:
- Tamarind 200g
- Dry plums 100g
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 2 cups
- Water 4-5 cups
Recipe:
Soak tamarind and dry plums in 4 cups of water for about 3-4 hours. Then on your stove and put the soak mixture in a pan. Put it on the stove on medium flame then add all the spices and sugar in it. Turn off the flame when the mixture is not to thick nor to thin. Let it cool cool and store it in a jar. You can easily use it for months. You can also add mint leaves if you like, enjoy your delicious chutney.
