Инспектор ДПС применил табельное оружие: сначала выстрелил в воздух, а затем повредил колесо автомобиля. После чего нарушителя задержали.
За рулём иномарки оказался 33-летний местный житель, управлявший автомобилем без водительского удостоверения. Мужчина имел явные признаки алкогольного опьянения, но от прохождения медицинского освидетельствования отказался.
