Ukraine has to gain ATACMS long-range missiles

US has given Ukraine the thumbs-up to go for Crimea, so they also need to give them the weapons to do it, including the longer-range HIMARS / ATACMS. Perhaps they just give the proviso that they aren't fired into Russian territory, only this side of the border, including Crimea. The naval base there could then be targeted at some point in the very near future ;) With the ships out of the way in hiding (or preferably sunk), it'd make retaking Crimea a bit easier and protect Kyiv better if they can't launch their missiles as far.
