Tteokbokki
Ingredients for rice cakes-
Rice flour - 1/2cup
Sabudana/sago flour - 5tbsp
Corn flour - 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1tsp
Boiling water - 1cup
steam for 20 minutes on stove. Let it cool for few seconds, pour some oil and knead the dough nicely. Roll it and cut into small pieces. You can store rice cakes in refrigerator for few days.
Using microwave- Microwave for 1:50 minute , take it out mix it
