Ingredients:
- Quick Oats 1 cup
- Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
- Butter or Desi Ghee 1/4 cup
- Gram Flour (Besan) 3/4 cup
- Baking Powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Raisins 3 tablespoon
- Chocolate Chips 3 tablespoon
- Milk 3-4 tablespoon
Recipe:
First add butter and brown sugar in a bowl and beat them well to form a fluffy mixture then add gram flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in it. Now add oats ,chocolate chips and raisins and mix till welcombined . Add 3 -4 tablespoon of milk and mixed till it form a dough. Now make the cookies by taking some dough and form a ball. Now gently press and flatten them a little from the top. Place the tray in the middle rack in a preheated oven at 160 degree centigrade and wait for 12 to 14 minutes until it's get a light golden colour on the top . Store for up to 15 days in an air tight container. Enjoy
