You can either peal and cubbe the pumpkin, or just wash and chop in half, length wise. Place chopped butternut squash on a parchment paper covered tray. Bake on 200C for about 40 minutes. Once it’s cooled off (If you haven’t pealed the pumpkin), just spoon the pumpkin meat into the blender. Transfer to a blender/food processor and blend
