EGG WRAP meal prep
????Recipe:
▫️1 tortilla (wrap)
▫️2-3 eggs
▫️1/2 avocado
▫️cherry tomatoes
▫️yellow bell pepper
▫️red onion optional
▫️handful baby spinach
▫️feta cheese
▫️salt, pepper, chilly flakes(optional)
Add a bit of olive oil to a pan and saute baby spinach for a quick minute. Whisk eggs, and season with salt&pepper. Then pour the eggs over spinach once it’s wilted. Let the eggs cook for a bit. Then add tortilla on top and press to glue it together. Turn on the other side for a bit and take out of the pan.
Mash half avocado, chopped cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and red onion together. Season with salt, pepper and chilly flakes (optional). Add that to the wrap and sprinkle with as much feta cheese as you like. Optionally add sriracha, too. Fold it like a burrito and have it on a go or right away. Enjoy! ✨
