Peshawri Chapli Kabab By Humpanch

Ingredients:
- Beef mince with fat 1/2kg
- Coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
- Pomegranate seeds 2 teaspoon
- Corn meal/ makkai Ka atta
- Heavy cream 2 tablespoon
- Red Chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon
- Black Cumin (zeera) 1 teaspoon
- Salt 2 teaspoon
- Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder 2 teaspoon
- Green Chillies 5-6
- Onion (chopped) 1 medium
- Green Coriander as required
- Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tablespoon
For Garnishing:
Use slices of tomato and serve the kebab with mint chutti.
Recipe:
Mix all the ingredients with means beef in a bowl. Now make a round shape kebab, if you like place a tomato slice on the top of the kabab and press it. Fry on medium high flame from both sides and enjoy.
