MANGO coconut SMOOTHIE
????Recipe: 2 portions
▫️1 ripe mango cut and frozen
▫️2 ripe bananas
▫️1/2 cup soy vanilla yogurt (or any)
▫️2 tbsp protein (vanilla or coconut)
▫️coconut milk
▫️touch of lemon juice (optional)
Blend all the ingredients. Optionally serve with tawed and blended blueberries, or just enjoy as is. ☀️
