fav SPRING SNACK
????Stress for me means a lot of snacking. Appetite is rather non existant so I keep snacking smaller portions of food throughout the day. Not proud of it, but I know it’ll all be back to normal, soon. So we adapt.
????Snack:
▫️soy yogurt (or use greek yog)
▫️fresh berries (in my case blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
▫️hemp seeds
Optionally you can also add nut butter and other nuts or seeds. If using unsweetened yogurt, you can mix it with protein powder for a protein boost or some agave/maple syrup. Enjoy!
