????Recipe: for 2 ▫️3 frozen bananas ▫️1/4 cup cashews (leave in water for at least 2 hours or boil for 5min) ▫️1 measure vanilla whey protein ▫️1/2-1 cup soy milk (or other, can also use water) ▫️vanilla extract ▫️pinch of cinnamon ▫️1/2 cup frozen raspberries Taw raspberries in a pot until you get jam like consistency. Then blend it alone to get creamier texture, but that is optional. Blend the rest of the ingredients until you end up with creamy smoothie. Adjust milk to get the consistency you like.
