????Meal example of combining from what I have prepared for meal prep:
▫️as a base I add some greens always. Either baby spinach or arugula
▫️quinoa (cooked)
▫️taco seasoned veggies from the pan
▫️broccoli (cooked)
▫️homemade falafel
▫️hummus
▫️pomegranate (goes well in salads and bowls)
▫️black sesame seeds (or any other nuts and seeds
crunch)
