greek yogurt or alpro
????Recipe:
▫️3 tbsp rolled oats
▫️1 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1 heaping tbsp coconut flour
▫️1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
▫️1 tbsp maple syrup
▫️3/4 cup coconut milk
????Cream:
▫️3 tbsp greek yogurt or alpro soy (coconut) yogurt
▫️1 tsp agave syrup
▫️1 tbsp cacao powder
Mix all the ingredients for overnight oats in a jar, close the lid and leave overnight in the fridge.
Tomorrow morning mix in a bowl the yogurt, agave syrup and cacao powder. Add on top of your oats and enjoy!
I like to top it of with cashew butter, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, walnuts etc. so feel free to add whatever you like!
