????Recipe: ▫️1/2 cupall purpose flour ▫️50g + 20g dark chocolate ▫️150g greek yogurt or alpro soy ▫️1/4 cup erythritol (or more) ▫️4 tbsp raw cocoa powder ▫️1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda ▫️1/2 cup milk (soy, oat..) ▫️vanilla extract ▫️raspberry jam or frozen raspberries (for serving) First melt 50g of dark chocolate, the rest 20g cut in small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Line baking dish with parchment paper (and tiny bit of coconut oil on it) and bake for about 20-25min on 180C. Let it completely cool down before you cut into it. This recipe is super rich and decadent. If you like it sweeter add more erythritol. Serve with some raspberry jam. Or just taw handful frozen raspberries until you reach jam like consistency. Very recommended!
