Chicken tikka roast
Ingredients
1. Chicken 1 hand half kg legs preferable
2. Haldi powder 1 teaspoon
3. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
4. Salt to taste
5. Yellow food color
6. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
7. Lemon juice 3 tablespoon
8. Yogurt 1 cup
9. Dhaniya Zeera powder 2 teaspoon
10. Ginger garlic and green chillies paste 1 tablespoon
11. Tikka boti masala 2 tablespoon
12. Oil 1 tablespoon
Recipe
1. In bowl take chicken and add all ingredients and
2. Mix it well and marinate for 3-4 hours.
3. Add chicken in Karahi with 1/2cup water and cook marinated chicken
4. Cover with lid and cook chicken until water get dried and chicken get tender.
5.Add oil and cook for more 3-4 min and give it good color.
6. Pre heat coal and give smoke to chicken.
5. Dish it out and garnish with sliced onions and lemons
