fav HOMEMADE GRANOLA
????Recipe:
▫️1.5 cups rolled oats
▫️1.5 cups roughly chopped nuts (i did 1/2 cup of each walnuts, almonds & hazelnuts)
▫️1/3 cup sunflower seeds
▫️1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
▫️1/3 cup maple syrup
▫️3 tbsp melted coconut oil
▫️cinnamon
First, preheat oven to 160C. Then in a bowl mix all the ingredients above until everything is well coated. Transfer the mix to the parchment paper covered baking tray. Use spatula to press it down in an even layer. Bake for about 25-30min or until golden. When it’s done, just let it to cool off (!!) if you want to end up with granola clusters. Enjoy with fresh fruit and some yogurt! ☀️
