LOVE OVERNIGHT OATS
????Recipe:
▫️3 tbsp oats
▫️1 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1-2 tbsp frozen raspberries (smashed)
▫️1 tbsp maple syrup (more if needed)
▫️vanilla extract
▫️lemon zest and little bit of lemon juice
▫️2 tbsp plain soy yogurt or greek yogurt
▫️1/3 cup plant milk (or more if needed in the morning)
Mix everything together really well in a jar and leave overnight in the fridge. In the morning add favorite toppings and enjoy!
