My 5 Top Building Exercises! I love using various training methods with a mixture of compound & accessory work BUT these 5 movements are what I have personally found to be the best for building my glutes. Using progressive overload and eating in a calorie surplus is also required for muscle growth!! Add some of these into your next workout or do them all. Here's what I did: Landmine Romanian Deadlift - 10 reps x 5 (40kg added) Short Banded Hip Thrusts - 8 reps x 3 (160kg) 3 Long Banded Plate Sumo Squats - 12 reps x 4 (20kg) 4 Barbell Sumo Deadlifts - 8 reps x 4 (80kg) 5 Barbell Back Squats - 10 reps x 4 (60kg) Who's ready to grow their glutes?
