Shankerpally Road Accident

Date of occurrence: On 14.02.2023 at 16:45 hours Date of Report: On 14.02.2023 at 19:30 hours Place of Offence: Infront of Blue Berry farm House, Kollur Gate, Mirzaguda Village, Shankarpally Mandal Compt: Chakali Ramesh S/o Narsimulu, Age: 41 Years, Occ: Labour, Caste: BC-A Chakali, R/o H.NO 7-37/1, Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Accused: Drivers of KIA Cars bearing Nos TS13ES3669 and TS07HR2279 Deceased: Shanthamma W/o Narsimulu, Age: 55 Years, Victim: Narsimulu, Age: 62 Years Brief facts of the case are that on 14.02.2023 at 19:30 hours received a complaint from Chakali Ramesh S/o Narsimulu, Age: 41 Years, Occ: Labour, Caste: BC-A Chakali, R/o H.NO 7-37/1, Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, In which he stated that, on 14.02.2023 at 16:45 hours while the complainant was in the Bandari Srinivas College in Chevella, his nephew made a phone call and informed that while the complainant’s father Narsimulu, Age: 62 Years along with complainant’s mother Shanthamma W/o Narsimulu, Age: 55 Years was proceeding from Shankarpally route on Activa bike bearing No TS07GH9101 and when they reached Infront of Blue Berry farm House, Kollur Gate, Mirzaguda Village, meantime the accused person who is the driver of KIA Car bearing No TS13ES3669 drove his car with rash and negligent manner and dashed to the said complainant’s father’s active bike from backside, as a result the couple fell down on the road and at the meantime another accused person who is the driver of KIA Car bearing No TS07HR2279 drove his car with rash and negligent manner over the said complainant’s mother, as a result she succumbed to injuries and the complainant’s father sustained injuries, immediately the complainant went to the scene and noticed that his mother Shanthamma Age: 55 Years succumbed to injuries on the road, both the KIA cars were at aside and the Honda Active bike was at road side, further the said Narsimulu, Age: 62 Years was shifted to the Aaron Hospital for treatment. Hence the complainant requested for necessary action. In this regard a case was registered in Narsingi PS and investigation is under progress
