GRATED EGG avo toast

????Still trying to figure out why grated hard boiled eggs taste better then when they are just cut into circles? ???? ????Recipe: First toast your bread in the toaster or with a bit of olive oil in a pan. Then spread some hummus (I had beet hummus at home). Add fresh avocado. Then grate two hard boiled eggs on top. And finally finish with some salt and pepper. The simplicity is the key here! ????Ps I add both eggs to a pot with water.
