RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE overnight oats
▫️1/3 cup rolled oats
▫️1/2 cup oat or soy vanilla milk
▫️1 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
▫️1 tbsp maple syrup
▫️3 tbsp plane soy yogurt (or coconut)
▫️1/2 cup frozen raspberries
????Combine all of the ingredients above (except raspberries) in a jar and mix in well. Put the lid on and let it sit overnight in a fridge.
????Once you are ready for your breakfast add raspberries to a pot on a slow heat and let them tow until you get a thick raspberry sauce. Put it on top of your overnight oats and add any other toppings such as nut butter, nuts and seeds and enjoy!
