vanilla soy milk
????Recipe:
▫️1/3 cup oats
▫️1 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1/2 tbsp dessicated coconut
▫️1/2 banana (mashed)
▫️1/2 - 1 measure vanilla protein
▫️boiled water
▫️vanilla soy milk (or other)
????Add all the ingredients to a pot. Cover with boiling water and mix everything together and let it sit until it soaks up the water.
????Then add soy milk and turn on the stove top. The key is to mix it around with a spoon until it gets creamy enough. If needed add extra milk. Because it will soak more as you cook it.
