This one is a keeper. Trust me.
????Cake:
▫️1/3 cup oat flour (or blend about 1 cup oats)
▫️1 cup rolled oats
▫️1 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
▫️5 tbsp coconut sugar
▫️1 egg
▫️3 tbsp coconut oil
▫️1 tsp baking soda
▫️1 tsp baking powder
▫️1 tsp vanilla extract
▫️1.5 tsp cinnamon
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor. Pour mixture on a parchment paper lined baking dish. Bake for about 40min on 180C. Let cool completely before you put the cream on top.
????Cream:
▫️2/3 cup greek yogurt (or vegan)
▫️1 tbsp coconut flour
▫️1 tbsp maple syrup
▫️pinch of cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients together and leave in a fridge while cake cools off. You can add cream at once and keep cake in a fridge for couple of days or add cream as you eat, with keeping cake outside.
