????One of my favs to have for lunch/dinner. Depending on how many things you put in, it can get a bit busy but still quite easy to make.
????Chopped up some fresh purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes and a carrot. Added arugula too. Cooked some rice and edamame. And then fried some tofu.
????Favorite way of prepping tofu is: cut it into cubes, add some olive oil, salt, pepper, and other seasonings you like, with tapioca powder. Coat it very well by mixing it lightly and then fry it in a pan.
????Dressing: so easy but soo delicious. Mixed some peanut butter with tamari(or soy sauce) and maple syrup. Then thin it our with water. That’s it!
????On top I sprinkled some black sesame seeds and chopped spring onions. Enjoy ❤️
