BEETROOT_HUMMUS
????Recipe: I take about 3 medium beets, peal them and cut into circles and bake them for about 30min on 220C or until soft. Once they’re done, I let them cool before I add them to a food processor.
I also add 1 can worth of cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed), 1 heaping tbsp of tahini, 1-2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, ground cumin, 1/2 of a lime (juiced) and water to thin it out.
Blend everything together slowly adding salt as you taste it. Use it in bowls, sandwiches, salads, it just goes well with everything!
