room temperature eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cream
3/4 cup oil
1 cup coco powder (add gradually and whisk so it doesn’t make lumps)
2 cups semolina
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla powder
For sheera: add 3 cups water in a pan. As it’s starts boiling, add 1 & 1/2 cup sugar and let it boil without stirring. When the sugar dissolves, add 1 tbsp lemon juice and bring the heat between mediums to low and let it boil for around 30 minutes until it gets thick.
