Putin braves rain to honor WWII victims

Russian President Vladimir Putin braved heavy rain, on Thursday, as he attended the commemoration ceremony at Moscow's Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Memorial events were organised across Russia on Thursday, to mark the 76th anniversary of the Nazi Germany invasion of the USSR.
