Tyre Nichols: Five ex-police officers all deny murdering driver

All five former officers appearing in court over the violent arrest and death of Tyre Nichols have pleaded not guilty to all the charges against them. Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Desmond Mills Jr, Emmitt Martin III and Justin Smith appeared sombre as they stood in front of the judge. They are now due back in court on 1 May.
